چکیده
This study aimed to analyze the effect of milk fermented with Lactobacillus curvatus SMFM2016-NK on periodontal diseases and gut health in a rat model. To improve Lb. SMFM2016-NK-fermented administration for relieving periodontitis, periodontitis models were treated following 4 wk: 10% skim (normal), + (negative control), rhamnosus GG-fermented (positive (PD+LCFM). Transcriptional analysis inflammatory cytokines [tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF-?), IL-1?, IL-6, IL-10] was performed via quantitative reverse-transcription PCR. The changes oral microbiomes after administering analyzed metagenomics sequencing using DNA extracted from gingival tissues feces cecum models. After treatment milk, relative gene expression levels TNFA IL1B gingiva decreased PD+LCFM group compared those negative control group. In microbiome, proportion phylum Proteobacteria lower than that milk. For gut, colon between normal groups not different; however, positive groups, respectively, composition diversity microbiome differed among normal, groups. These results indicate could alleviate inflammation change microbiota.

Obesity is caused by an imbalance between caloric intake and energy expenditure and accumulation of excess lipids in adipose tissues. Recent studies have demonstrated that green tea and its processed products (e.g., oolong and black tea) are introduced to exert beneficial effects on lipid metabolism. Here, we propose that fermented green tea (FGT) extract, as a novel processed green tea, exhibi...
